Maja Ziska works with scenography, spatial- and exhibition design, and is based in Copenhagen.
Among her most recent work is the set for Vespertine at The National Theatre Mannheim, the scenography for Madama Butterfly at the La Monnaie in Bruxelles and the exhibition design for the FAN OUT exhibitions by Sabine Poupinel.
Current projects include scenography for the Hotel Pro Forma staging of Gilgamesh, at Glyptoteket and the performance Vi – en okänd opera av Bach? at Norrlandsoperan.
Maja has studied in Copenhagen and Eindhoven, and holds a degree from the Royal Danish Academy school of Design, from where she graduated in 2013.
Alongside her practice Maja teaches at the Royal Danish Academy of Design, Spatial Design.
